The Associate Director of the Department of Multicultural Affairs is responsible for assisting the department in the development and provision of programs and services that foster success, a sense of belonging, and transformational experiences. This position supports the University and Departmental mission and goals through the development and implementation of services that will support and enhance the intellectual, social, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and overall success of students.

Other Required Qualifications
  • Related experience in student activities or previous involvement in student organizations is required. * Ability to both advise student organizations and support the University’s mission through effective communication skills is important. * Basic skills in planning, evaluation, management, problem solving, and team building are essential. * Flexibility and ability to perform well under pressure are required.
