Responsibilities

The position will include teaching at two or more levels – undergraduate, graduate, and PhD. The position requires active involvement in the life of the faculty and school, including engagement in individual and collaborative research projects and publication.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should have an MSW or equivalent degree from a CSWE-accredited program (in hand at the start of the appointment), Ph.D. or its equivalent (in hand at the start of the appointment), a minimum of two years of post-master’s professional, direct practice experience, enthusiasm for the mission of the Baylor School of Social Work, an active Christian faith, and demonstrated ability to pursue a rigorous research agenda with commensurate publications with an emphasis on Global Studies. Licensure as a social worker and a record of strong teaching experience are desired.
